Hi All, My name is Susannah and I live in Australia. I am sorry that I can't speak German, I wish I could. I just wanted to reach out on the net and say hello.
I have struggled with weight issues for years. I am finally getting it under control after having a lap band inserted in February of this year. Previously I had tried Atkins/ Low carb, and every other diet you could name. I am now losing weight pretty steadily and am exercising daily.
It is so hard as you would all know. I want to wigh you all lots of success in your own weight loss journey.
By the way my medical specialist is German and he is a fantastic Doctor.
I hope to travel to Europe at some stage. It is a long way from Australia!
