Ja, auch wenn man vieles schon kennt oder ähnlich schon mal gehört hat, finde ich auffrischen und neue Aspekte dazu bekommen schadet eher nicht.
Und man kann auch Streams downloaden für die spätere Verwendung... (FLV) Ich sitze ja auch nicht immer gerade dann am PC, wenn die ihre Summits machen. Die wichtigen Sachen vom Diabetes-Summit hab ich heute Nacht während des Encore-Day erst geladen, ich war ja nicht zuhause...

Das ist bei solchen Summits eben so, da in den Staaten, ein Arzt etwas muss, was hier in D keiner darf: Er muss etwas verkaufen, was funktioniert. Er muss mit Testimonials beweisen, dass es sich lohnt, zu ihm zu kommen. Auch nur der Ansatz von so was kostet ihn hier die Zulassung. Hier spült ihm das System das Geld in die Taschen, wenn er nicht daran rüttelt...

Da es kostenlos ist und niemand zum Kauf gedrängt wird, sehe ich das unproblematisch. Einfach nur Input und Auffrischen von Wissen.

Außerdem hat es niemanden interessiert in D, dass Atkins Kardiologe war oder dass Fung Nephrologe ist. Goethe war auch ein Multitalent und Schiller Arzt.

Das ist bei solchen Summits eben so, da in den Staaten, ein Arzt etwas muss, was hier in D keiner darf: Er muss etwas verkaufen, was funktioniert. Er muss mit Testimonials beweisen, dass es sich lohnt, zu ihm zu kommen.

Du meinst, nicht etwas das unbedingt funktioniert, sondern das sich verkauft oder? So wie Dr. Oz.
Gut reden können, sich präsentieren, Charisma, sowas ist für solche Geschäfte doch wichtiger.

Ich meine, sicher wenn das alles nichts kostet sich das anzuschauen und vielleicht gibts da auch gute Inhalte, dann ist das unverfänglich. Habe nur interessehalber mal auf die links geklickt und das kam mir etwas dubios vor.


Was erzählt denn Jimmy Moore so? Der hat doch irgendwie nach dem Motto 100kg abgenommen mit Keto und Sport und dann wieder 60kg zugenommen und seit dem u.a. Fung Fasten, Paleo, dies und das, immer Jojo, nix funktioniert -zumindest ist das der letzte Stand den ich vom ihm kenne.

Das ist die Kernfrage.

Die wollen natürlich alle etwas verkaufen, aber unsere Ärzte hier sind auch nicht einfach.
Wenn du da mal ein paar Hormospiegel brauchst, da geben die schon auf, weil sie diese in ihrer Ausbildung nicht mal hatten.

Wo ist das Problem das Gewicht unten zu halten?

Das geht schnell.

Die Frage ist aber, wie bekommt man den niedrigsten kfa% mit höchster Magermasse - das ist doch viel interessanter.

Von wem man gar nichts mehr zu seinem Gewichtsverlauf hört ist der mit Carbs zu Crossfit abgewanderte Moderator.
Er müsste eigentlich jetzt unter 15% sein.

Wo ist das Problem das Gewicht unten zu halten?

Hm, für mich wäre das ständig Kalorien/ Essen tracken, 0 Alkohol, kein Ketobrot o.ä. und das zusätzlich zu dem mit keto einhergehenden Verzicht.
Einfach nur keto und alles ist easy funktioniert für mich leider nicht. Ketoskeptiker würden vielleicht sagen ich brauch noch eine erweiterte Essstörung auf meine Essstörung
