Hier in Amsterdam bei Convergys / Cisco Systems suchen sie deutschsprachige Inside Sales und Inside Channel Account Manager für den österreichischen und schweizer Markt. Es gibt ein "Relokation Package", also:
Cisco bezahlt Euch 1en Monat Hotel und 30 Euro pro Tag Spesen, natürlich die Fahrtkosten, plus noch ...soweit ich weiß 500 Euro extra.

Anforderungen:

· 2 - 3 years field or Internal-account management experience preferably in the IT industry (different possible!)

· Proven track record of working with business partners or customers to deliver results

· Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification

· Fluent in the German language, both written and oral

· Working knowledge of English, both written and oral


Responsibilities ICAM

• Drive revenue for a given geographical territory of SMB resellers.
• Driving revenue in a business to business sales environment.
• Ensuring client service levels are achieved on a consistent basis
• Working in a fast paced, professional and dynamic environment
• Achieving demanding targets individually, and with the team.
• Building and maintaining a relationship with a set of our Client’s Resellers (once evaluation of the Resellers capabilities has taken place), in order to increase the SMB Client revenue the Resellers can generate.
• Communicate Cisco’s SMB Channel marketing messages and strategy
• Influence the Reseller’s business direction/focus
• Trusted business advisor to partners
• General point of contact for the assigned Resellers
• Assist in closing networking opportunities
• Advice partners on selling techniques
• Provide forecasting of opportunities on a weekly basis.
• Liaise with many employees of Cisco’s operations, as well as co-ordinate with our Client’s virtual team i.e. Distributors and Strategic Alliance Partners.
• Maintaining and updating information regarding set of Resellers onto Cisco’s Contact Management Database, Goldmine.
• SMB Lead Ownership - This will involve monitoring the status of a ‘lead/opportunity’, taking the lead through the sales cycle, to an end status. This could involve supporting the Reseller whilst the Reseller ‘closes the lead’ or it may be necessary to interact with the End User and close the lead on behalf of the reseller.
• Provide feedback on programs and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that the SMB team achieve/exceed targets on a weekly/monthly/ quarterly and annual basis
• Ensure optimum levels of quality through all sales activity.
• Develop and maintain relevant industry knowledge and Cisco specific knowledge.

To maintain relations with regular and new clients with a view to generate extra sales and market opportunities. Dependent on your position within the department you will also work together with Outside Account managers and Business Partners. You will work in a team, but you will also have to deal with personal (sales) targets.





Further tasks are:



· To further develop the relation with the target group.

· To register all communications with the target group so that the entire organization will be able to make use of this information (if necessary).

· To spot trends and developments within the market and to pass these on to the organization.

· To profile and map clients and opportunities.

· To inform clients and to give prospects on the organization’s new products and services.

· To deal with problems (requests) of clients and potential clients.
